Help with the secure area

Are you having problems logging in to our secure area? Please note the following tips. If you continue to have problems, please contact our Webmaster and send us the most precise description of the problem as possible. We will be happy to assist you further.

:: Cookies ::

If you keep getting the log in prompt, you've probably deactivated "cookies" in your browser. The secure area requires "cookies" for its internal administration. You must therefore switch "cookies" on in your browser. To do this:

  Internet Explorer (ab 4.0)


1. Select [Tools> Internet Options] and click the "Security" tab.
2. Click on "Custom Level".
3. In the "Cookies" section, check the "Enable" option under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored).
4. Confirm both open dialogs with "OK".

  Netscape Communicator (ab 4.0)


1. Select [Edit > Preferences] and then the "Advanced" branch in the left tree structure.
2. In the "Cookies" section, select "Accept all cookies.
3. Confirm the open dialog with "OK".

:: Password ::

When entering the password automatically assigned to you, please pay close attention to the spelling, in particular 0 (zero); O (capital O), upper and lower case, and any preceding or following blanks. The best thing to do is to copy the password from the email to the form via the clipboard.
